Good Manners Week Monday 2nd June - Friday 6th June
During this week all children at Manford will be involved in trying to improve their manners. Activities will take place in assemblies, classes and at break times and lunch times. Teachers will be looking all week for those children with exceptional manners. It costs nothing to say PLEASE or THANK YOU, but it can mean the world.
At lunch times there will be dinner monitors assisting with laying tables and clearing, these children are from Years 5 and 6.
Throughout the week see how many stickers you can collect for good manners and see if you can be the class winner who will be presented with a certificate in assembly.
Also make sure you hand in your 'Good Manners Poster' for the competition run by the school council. Remember the best entries will win and be put up around the school.
It sounds like it will be a fun and enjoyable week, so start practising those manners now!!
